The top AI companies in Pakistan in 2026 are Stixor Technologies, Systems Limited, Arbisoft, 10Pearls, Techlogix, Folio3, Tezeract, Data Pilot, Addo AI and PanaceaLogics. Stixor stands out for enterprise AI on data that must stay in the country, Systems Limited for scale, Arbisoft and 10Pearls for long-term engineering teams, Techlogix for banking and healthcare, and the smaller firms for focused work in computer vision, analytics, AI strategy and sensor-based AI.

Most lists of AI companies in Pakistan rank firms without explaining why, include paid placements, or are written by a company that puts itself first without evidence. This guide gives the same facts for every company, links each fact to a source, and tells you which company fits which kind of project.

Disclosure: this guide is published by Stixor Technologies, which appears in the list. We applied the same criteria to every company, including our own, and no company paid to be included.

How Did We Choose These Companies?

Every company here does real AI work in or from Pakistan and has public evidence of it: shipped client work, a published client review, a released product or a funding round. No company paid to be included.

    We used four tests:

    1. AI is central to the business, not one line on a long services page.

    2. There is public evidence, such as a news report, filing, product launch, funding announcement or published client work we could link to.

    3. There is a real presence in Pakistan, either headquarters or significant teams and operations.

    4. The company is significant, either large enough to deliver major projects or clearly specialised in an area such as sovereign AI, computer vision or analytics.

The list is grouped by category and is not a ranking. Hundreds of firms in Pakistan offer AI services and many good ones are not here, so treat it as a starting shortlist.

AI Companies in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi

Most of Pakistan's AI companies are in three cities, and each has its own strengths. The DesignRush directory listed 174 AI development companies in Pakistan in June 2026, and its Lahore page alone listed 73 earlier that year.

    AI companies in Islamabad

Islamabad and Rawalpindi are the base for sovereign AI infrastructure and government-facing work. Sky47's Karakoram-01 data centre sits at Capital Smart City, and both Stixor and PanaceaLogics are based in the capital. It is also home to the federal ministries and the Pakistan Digital Authority that set digital and data rules for government.

    AI companies in Lahore

Lahore has the largest cluster of AI and software service firms, including Systems Limited, Arbisoft, Techlogix and Data Pilot, and Addo AI's Pakistan office. It is the deepest talent pool for teams that need many engineers, and firms such as Arbisoft have long-running engineering partnerships with international product companies.

    AI companies in Karachi

Karachi is Pakistan's commercial and financial centre and home to Folio3 and Tezeract. It is a natural base for AI work with banks, telecoms, retailers and large corporates.

For buyers, location matters less than it used to, because most AI delivery is remote. It still matters if you need on-site workshops, a partner near your data centre, or a team that knows your sector's local rules.

How Do You Choose an AI Company in Pakistan?

First decide what you are buying: compute, a ready product, or a custom build. Then ask for evidence that matches. A services firm and a platform company can both be "top AI companies", but they solve different problems.

If you need AI compute in Pakistan, look at an infrastructure provider, and ask which hardware it runs, where data is hosted and how billing works.

If you need a ready AI product, such as voice AI or a knowledge assistant, look at a product company, and ask which customers use it in production and where their data is stored.

If you need a custom AI system, look at an AI services company, and ask which similar systems it has shipped and who maintains them after launch.

Whichever type you choose, five questions separate strong partners from weak ones:

    1. Can they show AI in production? A demo is easy. Ask for a live system and a reference you can call.

    2. Where will your data be processed? For banks and government in Pakistan, the location of both storage and the AI model matters. See our guide to AI inference in Pakistan.

    3. Who owns what is built? Clarify ownership of code, fine-tuned models and data before work starts.

    4. How are AI costs controlled? Ask how usage is metered and what stops runaway spending.

    5. What happens after launch? AI systems need monitoring and updates. Ask who does that and at what cost.

Pakistan's AI Infrastructure and Ecosystem in 2026

Behind the development companies, Pakistan now has its own AI compute, a national AI policy and a small group of AI product startups. These shape what AI companies can build for you, and where your data can be processed.

Local AI compute. In under a year the country gained its first locally hosted AI cloud, launched by Telenor and Data Vault in November 2025; Sky47's 8.5 MW Karakoram-01 data centre near Islamabad, opened in July 2026; and Indus Cloud's NVIDIA H200 cluster, launched in August 2026. For a full picture, see our guide to sovereign AI in Pakistan.

Policy. The federal cabinet approved the National AI Policy 2025 on 30 July 2025, with goals that include training one million AI professionals by 2030 and setting up AI innovation and venture funds.

Product startups. A few Pakistani companies build AI products rather than client projects. Uplift AI builds voice AI for Urdu, Sindhi and Balochi and raised $3.5 million in a round led by Y Combinator. Metric, founded by Pakistani entrepreneurs and now based in the UAE, offers an AI financial assistant for small businesses.

The main constraint is people. Experienced machine learning and MLOps engineers are still scarce relative to demand, which is why many organisations hire an AI development company rather than build a team from scratch.

    The Bottom Line

Pakistan's AI sector in 2026 is more than outsourcing. It now includes local data centres, home-grown AI platforms and products built for Urdu and regional languages, alongside large engineering firms that build AI for clients worldwide. The right company depends on whether you need compute, a ready product or a custom build. Shortlist by category, then ask for production evidence.

Building AI that has to stay in Pakistan?

Stixor builds custom AI, data engineering and MLOps solutions for enterprises, and its own sovereign AI products, Stixor AI Hub and Vizier AI, for organisations that need data to stay in their own hands.
