CSD (Convenience Stores and Distribution) needed an efficient, scalable platform to manage operations across 110+ stores. Stixor developed a multi-channel e-commerce system, covering everything from the customer interface to the admin portal and rider app.

Customer Portal for Streamlined Shopping Experience To enhance customer experience, Stixor built a feature-rich e-commerce website and mobile app with tools like personalized recommendations, real-time order tracking, and a secure payment gateway. Customers can shop easily, manage their orders, and track deliveries in real-time.
The Rider App allows admins to monitor stock levels in real-time, ensuring inventory accuracy and preventing stockouts. The Order Management module streamlines order tracking from placement to verification, enabling timely, accurate deliveries. Admins can also define delivery zones, link them to specific stores, and set precise fees and schedules to enhance delivery coverage across locations.
Our Rider App includes an in-app wallet for secure cash handling, with reconciliation to reduce fraud risks. Additionally, a Role and Permission-based User Management system enables admins to assign specific access permissions, ensuring data security and streamlined workflows.
The platform’s Discount and Promotions module lets admins create special offers, including multi-item and individual discounts, with flexible fixed or percentage-based pricing, helping CSD drive sales effectively.
Customers benefit from an easy-to-use platform with real-time tracking, secure payment options, and personalized product recommendations, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
The centralized admin portal automates key processes like inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking, reducing manual work and operational costs.
